by steve've 1 day agoThe soul mate is captured
by true sensitivity of fidelity
Your mind then freed by
perception of pessimism
love is altimetry utterly
in cognition defining
your heart soul body and mind
then your soul mate
is eternally defined

by steve've 8 months agoCry With Pride.
Sundays subsequent news
impressive in it’s oblige
Intensive with its intuition
Not negative more positive
Intensifying un-minimizing
The headlining words
ten years on from this moment beyond
What hope lay within
Empowering in growth
Running forward
Holding optimisms flag
After a wind that did blow
The bones of Uncle Sam
Yet did it take away
America resolve
A clock spring may have sprung
Who would rebuild its running
Looking and move back
Surely you make a face
with diamond crusted forward hours
the features that mark the richest moments
to come
not the disfigured face of gloom
the loss of what was will live on
contained in a memorial preserving
that strike of frozen ruptured lives
those souls move with the embroider
of a waving standard racing forward
as the new decade pioneers
reaching out for new fronts
you have done it previously
then stand aloft singing your
stars and stripes head high
then you cry with pride. -
by steve've 9 months agoFullness of silence fell
Fullness of silence fell
the day after the interment
A heart lost in its stillness
tears running down the pane
With a deluge of pain
...locked inside that subterranean lake
which seemed to take one drowning soul
carrying the echo of lament. -
by steve've 10 months agoLament to AMY
soulful notes once sang in the air
with a voice that reached many hearts
It was a musical mantra of gospel with rhyme and blues
singing for today, living with nothing lose,
sadness fills the air
this with grief and dispair
lyrics with soul down to earth
you reaced heaven your dement left behind
you were just one of a kind,
her words, her mind, her expression with attitude
the singer that looked for the greater jazzed up kick
those notes razed that hit the roof
yet contentment never attained,
sadness fills the air
this with grief and dispair
lyrics with soul down to earth
you reaced heaven your dement left behind
you were just one of a kind,
An essence of sadness I now heard in her song
in spite of her voice I'll continue to listen on
in lament, in grief, in dejection,
I will never hear her sing old in the tooth
that soul voice that reached many hearts that are now
Torn Apart,
sadness fills the air
this with grief and dispair
lyrics with soul down to earth
you reaced heaven your dement left behind
you were just one of a kind
many hearts torn apart. -
by steve've 1 year agoI appreciate your hard work and the construction that’s gone into making the flex writhers of poetry site. Every day you help poets climb by giving platforms for discourser within poetry and writing, may it long continue. And lets give a cheer to you Tarringo for you hard work and inspiriting words, I love the word in you poem:
The best things in life happen
When we believe
I clutch gruelingly at the higher rugged noblest,
lifting my uncertainty to a greater hyper plane,
not looking down focus up, above the disbelieve,
searching for the next crevice on the greater crag,
the element of the fall
featuring upon the surface of the mind
yet I have faith in my bowline
that will clasp the weight of mistrust
go onward and bold
reach higher to the summit of achievement
then looking down on my triumph
cry out letting the elements take it
my soul was born to try reaching its goal.
