Magic Brewing Here Tonight

Magic Brewing Here Tonight

The lightening comes flashing so bright

Another candle’s what he needs

Our wizard needs a bit more light

Then with his spell he will proceed

Another candle’s what he needs

To counter forces that are Dark

Then with his spell he will proceed

A White Magic spell his remark

To counter forces that are dark

He intones the words clear and loud

A White Magic spell his remark

The darker forces he’ll enshroud

He intones the words clear and loud

Our Wizard needs a bit more light

The Darker forces he’ll enshroud

The lightening comes flashing so bright

Loving The Feeling

By Sonnet Diva

To love someone our hearts do soar

Completely unconditionally

Without any fears, opening up

Experiencing one of the most profound joys

Surrounding

Surrounding

More than sexual release

Experiencing the gift of a heart

Two becoming one in every way

Whispering

Whispering

The endearments that do flow

Sharing your dreams ,hope, goals and fears

The feeling of never being alone again

Tenderly

Tenderly

Grasping touching tender emotions

Finally feeling adored

Human feelings exposed

Comforting

Comforting

Having someone to guard your back

Someone to talk to endlessly

A hand to hold

Light Of Space-less Empathy

By Depth Writer
I sit here watching all of you
...as you begin each hour, and I wonder where is the beautiful shower
of expressions you cannot bury, of times yearning, and era's learning

How can you measure beauty, when sometimes it is only a phantom
of orchestra's and symphony's
Where is the pleasure of you, the suns fountain beneath the wisdom
the departed little, the voice of yesteryear

...Drifting down...
from the hollow of billowy clouds
setting down on the softness of weary ground
...Sifting around
drums blaring through gravity, the willowy mounds
getting the town to speak through lungs of stratus

I cried to the innocent faces- let them see the light
of smiles, the conjoined thoughts in sync with life
Where nectar stems grow radically, in brilliant meadows
voices calling aloud... listen to me as I glisten

From atop the highest star, the glitter, and flutter of existence
hands spread, fingers touched space, the season of a decadent moon
I announce all life forms, to experience beauty in all its faucets
as the spigot of liveliness scatters across time-less sands

Never Seen

By Depth Writer
Eagerly, I stood idle, at the threshold of my soul
...it had been years since, I last strolled through its' caverns
It was a dark gray, with webs weaving themselves in all directions
spotted with dust, and a cold energy

In the corner, a trickle of light gleamed through...
like a torn screen on a storm door
It was feeding half-grown roses; shadowed, but alive
unloved it craved attention a thirst for life

The second-hands to my soul, slowly, ever ticked away... a beating drum
erect, and parked... Unmoving, alone, and scared
If ever, this dark place felt tears, it would mold oceans together
forming new beauty

Corner ricochet off the floors of my mind, somersaulting under the stars
till it could not go any further, around and around it walked, spoke, ran
down the hallways of half-lit rooms, with do not disturb signs on them

Believing that it could be free, that the icy fingers of its breadth would go free
I opened the curtains to my mind, allowing the light to shine through
Alas, in the midst of all – it grew wings, and flew away, never to be seen

Off To Fantasyland I Go

By Sonnet Diva

She treks off to Fantasy land

Those pictures appeal to her Muse

It’s there that she does have command

She wants to write and can’t refuse

Since a Grammy she did become

It’s fantasy that she does strum

To keep that Muse under her thumb

To Fantasy she does succumb

Fairies, Pixies, even the Elves

Whisper stories from the book shelves

And stories she just loves to read

Imagination’s more to feed

Since a Grammy she did become

It’s fantasy that she does strum

To keep that Muse under her thumb

To Fantasy she does succumb

And Wizards with their Magic world

In Fantasy she loves to play

The Muse is going she’s unfurled

She tells just what the pictures say

Since a Grammy she did become

It’s fantasy that she does strum

To keep that Muse under her thumb

To Fantasy she does succumb

I have to make a confession

Writing’s simply my obsession

While writing late into the night

The World of fantasy delights

Specter Wizard

By Sonnet Diva

Specter Wizard

The Specter Wizard’s like a ghost

He said a spell it went awry

In Black magic he is engrossed

A Specter magic did apply

The spell was unequivocal

That made him part invisible

Magic is unpredictable

As half a ghost he’s mythical

Strange lights are burning from his eyes

A magic that you can’t disguise

His spells come out like light in waves

Sometimes that’s how Black Spells behave

The spell was unequivocal

That made him part invisible

Magic is unpredictable

As half a ghost he’s mythical

The spell his Magic did attack

He sits and practices hours

He’d like to get his Magic back

Oh just to redeem his powers

The spell was unequivocal

That made him part invisible

Magic is unpredictable

As half a ghost he’s mythical

Part Specter he has been for long

He wants to recast spell that’s wrong

To cast a spell you can’t foretell

If you will cast the spell so well

The spell was unequivocal

That made him part invisible

Magic is unpredictable

As half a ghost he’s mythical

Forever Yours

By Tarringo Vaughan

Forever Yours

Dear Captor of this lonely heart,

To you I write this letter as I surrender
to those very eyes that once magically stared deep
into this very soul taking me on a journey
of entanglement that collided our words.
It was that spontaneous combustion of passion
that un/locked me from the chains of darkness
and re/invented the love I thought was forever lost

and as I lust that very touch that injected warmth throughout
this once again non/functioning heart,
I think of that very day our fate took us on this path.
It was back in September (a day I shall forever remember).
Signs of fall filled the air and there,
on a park bench you were sitting and watching
strangers pass by until one of them became me.
Seeing you caused my knees to tremble
as the power of your smile introduced me
to a new discovery of attraction
that made me feel like Christopher Columbus
on a voyage that lead me to that surreal moment
where only you and I seemed to exist.
A very shy "hello" whispered from the lips of desire
turned into a long lasting kiss of introduction
that danced in the breath of our hearts seduction.

So as I finish this letter in realization
that words just aren’t enough to describe
the moments we once shared, I just have to make one thing clear.
No matter where in the world we are
or how long our distance keeps us apart,
memories will last forever and our moments
will always bask in the spotlight of romance
a loneliness no longer populates this heart of mine
for it is captured and engraved behind the bars
of your soft and tender touch.
And to you I end this letter in a new revelation of love.

I am
forever yours
