About
Musicality carves the poetic element and inspiration from music. There has always been a correlation between poetry and music...without one there wouldn't be the other. FCN takes Musicalit to another level. We not only examine the elements of song, we explore the content and in doing so we will create poetry/prose that will serve as an extension to some of our greatest songs and singers. Can you hear that beat? This is Musicality

by linkk kula kani 7 months agohere is a song I wrote...
This heart of mine:
I feel the troubled wind in my heart, blow,
There are many things that it can show.
A time when all my feeling seems to flow,
And lengthy words of love you said, although,
Did shine,
They only hurt this heart of mine.
And when the plans you had all seemed to fail.
The excuses were all there in great detail.
And all the lies flow so smooth with each exhale,
And that all the plans we had that might prevail,
By your design,
They only hurt this heart of mine.
And even when I told you I must go,
There was no sorrow in your heart to show.
Your eyes lit-up and seemed to glow,
And all the words from your mouth seemed to flow,
All the lies that you assign,
They only hurt this heart of mine.
And now these days I am alone,
There is happiness inside that is my own.
My heart is soft, not like a stone,
And all sad thoughts from me have blown,
Far away from me and mine,
They only hurt this heart of mine.

by Fabled Poet 7 months agoFunny I got the group request here as I'm posting a song I wrote, Here it is.
So Lovely "A SONG"
Sitting there quietly, watching me, watching her, she's so beautiful.
Flowers in her long brown hair and eyes so like summer she's breaking me, it's wonderful.
And then she smiles
and then she moves towards me
so lovely.
So lovely, I can't seem to hold myself together anymore.
Standing there, moving to the music, those hips could never abuse it, it's sensual.
Lips so red, it's gotta be my duty to steal me a ruby, it's sensational.
And then she turns
and then she steps towards me
so lovely.
So lovely, she's the dream that I've been waking for.
So lovely.
So lovely.
She kissed me hard, she grabbed my hand, didn't have to speak for me to understand.
We walked out, she took me home, locked the door said let's be alone.
She turned to me, slipped off her dress, stood there for me to see.
So lovely.
So lovely.
And then she smiles
and then she moves towards me
so lovely.
So lovely.
