    Disorganized Thoughts

    The watery refuge

    near the ocean,

    the sound of the surf

    is calming.

    A place where

    thoughts are allowed

    to float free.

    Released

    like a flock of birds,

    scattered into the sky

    enjoying themselves.

    Allowing the wind

    to blow them

    here and there,

    disorganised and unconscious.

    Paradoxical

    though it might sound

    producing disorganised thoughts

    is a most important activity
    .
    particularly necessary

    when too many elements

    are blocking the mind,

    piling up in compact bundles

    and petrifying all actions

the only thing to do then

    is to open the head

    and let everything spill out.

    This happens effortlessly

    when near the waterside.

    "LIGHT"

    Light always shine
in the back of my mind
    waiting to be seen

    I close it out
    it comes back bright
    not trying to blind me

    things whisper loud
    right at the core
    telling me to see

    I shut it out
    wanting not to believe
but deep down I think I see

    I'm kidding myself
    not anyone else
not wanting the hurt to be

    But I can't hide
    the truth inside
    no one really wants me

    Outcast I am
    no one plans
    for me to be around

    So dim the light
    come stand by me
    cuz you don't really see
